Requested Standards:    
We herewith confirm that the named natural flavour or flavour extract is in accordance to the definition given in the  Regulation (EEC) No. 2092/91 concerning organic products annex VI, part A.2:
- According to the Regulation (EEC) No. 88/388 the named product is a flavour or flavour extract as defined in article 1 (2, b, i) or article 1 (2, c) and produced with suitable physical or encymatic or microbiological procedures.
- This product is filled in containers, which are labelled in accordance with Regulation (EEC) No. 88/388 article 9 (1, d).
- The meaning "natural flavour" is used in accordance with Regulation (EEC) No. 88/388 article 9(2).
       

We herewith confirm that the named natural flavour or flavour extract is in accordance to the definition given in the USDA, AMS 7 CFR Part 205, National Organic Program, Final Rule (NOP) concerning organic products Subpart G § 205.605:
- The flavour is from a natural source
- The flavour is manufactured without using synthetic** solvents
- The flavour is manufactured without using synthetic** carrier systems
- The flavour is manufactured without using any artificial preservative
  **A substance that is formulated or manufactured by a chemical process or by a process that chemically changes a substance extracted from naturally occurring plant, animal, or mineral sources, except that such term shall not apply to substances created by naturally occurring biological processes.
