The UTZ CERTIFIED Standard consists of two parts:
- The Code of Conduct with all certification requirements
a) for Coffee Producers
b) For Chain of Custody certification for destination and origin countries
- The UTZ CERTIFIED Certification Protocol which defines the certification procedures
